How many 580g cream chargers can you produce per day?
Our production capacity reaches up to 20,000 pieces of 580g cream chargers per day, allowing us to support both regular supply and large-volume international orders.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we warmly welcome customers to visit our factory. Our cream charger manufacturing facility is located in Jinshan Fine Chemical Park, Shunchang County, Nanping City, China. Please contact us in advance, and we will arrange the factory tour and airport pickup service.
How do you ensure product safety and quality?
We implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process. All gas products undergo comprehensive testing, and every cylinder is inspected to meet international safety requirements. We use certified filling facilities and ensure proper sealing, labeling, and inspection before shipment.
Do you test your products before delivery?
Yes. We conduct 100% product inspection before shipment to ensure every cream charger and gas cylinder meets our quality standards before leaving our factory.
What certifications do your cream chargers have?
Our cream chargers comply with international food-grade regulations and are certified with CE, FDA, and UKCA standards.
Do you support OEM or ODM services?
Yes. We provide both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. Customers can customize products with their own branding, or work with our professional team to develop new designs and packaging solutions.
Can you produce products with my own brand?
Yes. We offer complete private label solutions. Your company name, logo, or brand design can be customized through printing, painting, or laser engraving on cylinders, cartridges, and packaging.
What is your customization process?
Our customization process depends on the product type:
For 580g or larger N₂O cylinders: customers can provide their own label designs and packaging artwork based on our product dimensions.
For 8g cream chargers: customers can customize cartridge colors according to Pantone codes, add logos, and provide their own packaging box designs.
Our customer service team will provide regular updates throughout the entire customization process, from design approval to final production.
Do you provide free OEM service?
Yes. We provide free OEM services for full container load (FCL) orders, helping customers develop their own branded cream chargers and gas solutions with customized products and packaging.
How can I place an order or request a quotation?

What is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is around 7 days after receiving the advance payment. The exact lead time depends on the product specifications, order quantity, customization requirements, and shipping arrangements.
Do you provide export documents and certifications?
Yes. We provide complete export documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Dangerous Goods shipping documents, as well as other documents required for international shipments.
